Dolphin Tank India (DTI) is one of its kind entrepreneurship platform powered by Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. initiated by Industry Academia Community (IAC) and supported by Gift-A-Career Foundation, to build all businesses/startups as social enterprises not just business-first enterprises. We feel building startups/enterprises this way would make this world a better and more cultured place.

This platform would also facilitate Mentorship, Co-Founder Matching, Fundraising & Distribution opportunities for aspiring and budding entrepreneurs.

Dolphin Tank India (DTI) has a vision to create billion-dollar enterprises that create shared value—enterprises that generate sustainable economic returns while solving real societal challenges.

The initiative is anchored within the Industry Academia Community (IAC) ecosystem, leveraging its extensive network across industry, academia, professionals, institutions, and young talent. Dolphin Tank India is designed not as a one-time pitching event, but as a comprehensive founder journey that mirrors how enduring, scalable companies are built in the real world.

Our judges are intelligent, self-aware investors/founder of unicorns/soonicorns who collaborate with aspiring founders joyfully to guide and protect them in the competitive startup landscape, hence we call them Dolphins. They are not just judges but mentors and long-term ecosystem partners.
